Shared Services with Atos Consulting
Our Shared Services engagements usually follow a four phased approach:

A senior consultant takes overall responsibility and acts as coach to the joint client and Atos Consulting team, while programme management keeps all project activities on the rails.
Our team always aim for the core, joint goals of service improvement and cost reduction and ensure that our clients and staff are always the top priority. Once implementation is complete, our strengths lie in optimising and adding streams to existing Shared Services operations, and we can if requested manage or outsource those operations.
