Press release: Shared Services Week 2007
"Potential to add value from Shared Services is under-exploited according to Atos Consulting"
Shared Services Week 2007
Atos Consulting will again be sponsoring IQPC Shared Services Week in Prague between 21-24 May 2007, Europe's premier Shared Services event for Shared Services and outsourcing professionals. The event will showcase multiple strategic solutions from over 55 best-of-breed Shared Services organisations to an influential audience of 400 delegates. For more information please visit the event website.
At the event, Atos Consulting will be running a number of exciting activities for the benefit of delegates.
Philip King from Atos Consulting, together with the Shared Services Director of one of our clients, Cemex, is facilitating a seminar on 'Ensuring start up success for your Shared Services launch' which will help new Shared Services organisations to overcome the common problems with operational start-up.
At our stand we will also be demonstrating Atos Consulting’s new quick scan Shared Services diagnostic tool, which enables a rapid assessment of any Shared Services organisation across 6 key management dimensions.
For a taster delegates can complete a 10 minute survey which will assess their current status and identity areas where opportunities can be addressed. The results can be seen immediately online and our consultants will be on hand to further explain the tool and what the results indicate. By completing the survey the delegates will also be entered into a prize draw where they will have the opportunity to win a virtual Keyboard.
The full version of this diagnostic, containing over 200 best practice questions, takes less than half a day to complete, working with an experienced Shared Services consultant to provide insight and analysis. This is then documented containing a personal action plan for the Shared Services organisation.
